Red D has always been inspired by the heydays of Belgian club music during the 90’s, both as a DJ and as a producer. On his first release of 2026 that influence sits very loudly on his sleeve with three tracks taking cues from the underground progressive sounds that were moulded and evolved in clubs like La Bush, Extrema, La Rocca & more.’This Is Still Belgium Vol 2’ is the title of the release and on the main track Red D invited Mona Lee to lay down some vocals to spice up the anthem-styled ‘My Soul My Heart’ track.

 Mona Lee and Red D are coming down to Music Mania 2 on Friday 16th January for an instore DJ set with chats & drinks and word has it that they’ll be bringing some limited upfront copies of the release.
