Whoman is a Brussels-based indie band formed by Mira and Ambroos De Schepper (Bandler Ching, Mos Ensemble) and Lou Wery (Stace, Paradoxant). Blending indie rock and pop with dense vocal harmonies and progressive arrangements, their sound has drawn comparisons to Animal Collective, Dirty Projectors, and Cocteau Twins. Since 2022, they have toured across Belgium and France, alongside developing a stripped-down summer format, performing in mountain refuges with three voices and three guitars, emphasizing harmony and songwriting.

Their debut album, About Honey (2026), captures the duality at the heart of their music: shaped by life in Brussels yet driven by a longing for quieter, natural landscapes. Written largely in a small apartment, the record explores themes of intimacy, absurdity and imagined escape. Moving between intricate melodies and bold grooves, About Honey introduces Whoman’s distinctive balance of fragility and intensity.
