Saving Nico is the indie-folk project of Belgian singer-songwriter Nicolas Anné.

His debut full-length album, *Flood*, is set for release on October 13 via Thorn in My Side Recordings. It is a deeply felt and captivating album in which Nicolas sings about the loss of loved ones, the loving anticipation of new life, grappling with the fear of failure and the urge to escape, nature and the sublime, and what it means to be human in an increasingly frightening world. A sense of being overwhelmed runs as a common thread through the work, evoking imagery of tides, floods, and deluges.
