Since its eponymous debut in 2018, Humanga Danga has been looking back at 60’s Californian surf music to carve out its own identity. Not fixated purely on the classic West Coast sound, but equally embracing influences from early European instrumental rock ‘n roll, film scores, western, chicha and ethnic folktunes, the Belgian band developed a recognisable and unique voice in the global modern surf music scene.
