Inspired by the score they wrote for live performance with Koyaanisqatsi, the music captures both musical legacy and future possibilities. From the beautifully stirring atmosphere of opener Time Lapse City, where GGP’s individual elements pulse and converge, to the bittersweet reflection of Nessus, these tracks summon a fresh stand-alone energy and dramatic flow, unconstrained by conventional camera and scene structures. “An Ocean in a Drop is this moment of human experience of the world: pathos or compassion...”
