Teddy Bear’s “Le Plus Beau” LP is being released on Believe and marks the first album by Belgian singer-songwriter Jules Scinta. The musician, who hails from Mons, grew up in a family of Sicilian musicians and began his musical career as a drummer before finding his way to singing through writing his own lyrics. Announced for October 30, 2026, the release combines French pop with influences from chanson, rap, jazz and electronic production.
“Le Plus Beau” revolves around doubts, fears, family experiences and a young person’s perspective on their own time. Teddy Bear explores these themes in direct, personal songs that shift between self-reflection and keen observation. The title track examines appearance, self-image and ego, while “Chaussures Roses” transforms a family memory into a story of its own. “Enfin Bon” turns its attention to the separation of the singer’s parents and the difficult search for an understanding of love.
The album was recorded in part at ICP Studios in Brussels. Nicolas Subréchicot, Paco Del Rosso and Tristan Salvati contributed to its production. Piano, drums, bass, guitars, horns and strings meet electronic textures, giving the eleven tracks an organic yet contemporary direction. The “Le Plus Beau” LP presents Teddy Bear as an idiosyncratic storyteller situated between pop, chanson and rap.
