Description

Yaël composed, recorded, and produced this album alone, with her piano and customized keyboards, simply surrounded by an exceptional lyrical choir. Ten years ago, YAËL made a sensational entrance into the music industry with the song "New Soul." After three albums representing over a million sales worldwide, all three awarded a Victoire de la Musique; several hundred concerts confirming the singer's international status, from Tokyo to London, via Portland and Berlin; and international collaborations with Brad Mehldau and Stromae, YAEL NAIM will release her fourth album on March 20, 2020. The singer lays herself bare and imposes a certain conception of songwriting, in the tradition of Agnès Obel, Feist, and Aldous Harding: uncompromising and moving.
