Donald McKinley Glover Jr. , also known by the stage name Childish Gambino, is an American actor, singer, rapper, stand-up comedian, writer, producer, and director. Glover is a jack of all trades. During his studies he got hired to work on comedy, after graduating he pursued a career as a script writer and actor on numerous shows (30 Rock, the community).
