"Needin' U" is a house record written and produced by David Morales, under the pseudonym David Morales Presents The Face. The song was released retail in the summer of 1998 on Manifesto Records, but was made available to DJs on various house record labels several months earlier. The song quickly became a major hit on the club scene and would go on to become the artist's biggest hit and a house classic.
