On Friday, February 11, 2022, [Play It Again Sam] will release the album LETTER by French pianist Sofiane Pamart. This recording, which will be released on both CD and LP and will be available on all streaming platforms, features 18 compositions by Sofiane Pamart. The classically trained pianist and composer, whose parents hail from the Rif Mountains, graduated from the Conservatoire National de Lille at the age of seven with a gold medal. The musical prodigy, who grew up listening to music by Chopin, among others, already had a keen interest in hip-hop. In 2019, Sofiane decided to collaborate primarily with artists from the French rap scene. This collaboration also marked the beginning of his solo career. Sofiane has collaborated with French rappers such as SCH, Koba LaD, Maes, Niska, Joey Starr, Vald, Laylow, Tiakola, Zola, Rim'K and Da Uzi as well as with Rilès, Bon Entendeur, NTO, The Magician and Marina Kaye.
