'Une Main Lave L'Autre', also abbreviated by the name UMLA, is the first studio album by Parisian rapper Alpha Wann, released on September 21, 2018, almost six months after the release of the EP Alph Lauren 3. The album was certified gold in June 2020, then platinum by the SNEP on August 1, 2022 with more than 100,000 cumulative sales in France, i.e. after almost four years of operation.
Highly anticipated by its listeners and announced since 2016, the album is presented with the first clipped extract “Stupéfiant et noir” released in mid-July 2018, then “ ça va ensemble” at the end of August. Five artists are invited to feature: the rappers Infinit', Sneazzy, OG L'Enf, Doums and the producer Diabi. Very close to Alpha Wann, they are respectively part of the following Parisian structures: Don Dada Records, 1995, Eddie Hyde, L'Entourage and the 75th Session.
The design of 'Une Main Lave L'Autre' began in February 2016, the title “CA VA ENSEMBLE”“ produced during the summer of that same year being the first chosen.
