Product of a collaboration sharpened by a long companionship with Thibault Frisoni, architect of the rise in power of analog synthesizers and other beat machines in Bertrand Belin's recent albums, "Tambour Vision" set itself the objective of pushing further what was announced, asserted itself more and more, namely, a taste for dance, perceived as an outlet. A minimalist and burlesque mechanical dance recalling the joyful sophistication of the Talking Heads or perhaps even more of David Byrne, to be placed between the trance-like jubilation of Alan Vega and Bowie's Scary Monsters, a new New Wave in French, marked by the economy of words characteristic of minds hesitating between the pulpit and the verb.
