Description

Geese return with their third album, "Getting Killed." The recordings with Kenneth Blume took place in ten fast-paced days. With little time for overdubbing, the result is a chaotic comedy, chaotic in structure but passionately delivered, marked by a precise vision. Powerful riffs layer choir samples; softly hissing drum machines pulse behind screeching guitars. Balancing disarming tenderness with heightened rage, they trade their love of classic rock for a contempt for the music itself.
