Formed as "The Dinner Party" in London whilst studying at University.
Gained cult popularity during a year (2021 - 2022) of playing London's independent gig venues, attracting Management and PR deals and a recording deal with Island Records.
Began recording at The Church, London Studios in Crouch Hill, with James Ellis Ford.
Early in 2023, announced a change of name to "The Last Dinner Party", to avoid confusion with Terrace Martin, Kamasi Washington, Robert Glasper and 9th Wonder's Dinner Party project.
