Description

Queen II by Queen is a brilliant, ambitious milestone that marks the moment the band truly discovered their signature heavy, theatrical sound.

Released in March 1974, Queen II is split conceptually into "Side White" (mostly written by guitarist Brian May) and "Side Black" (written entirely by frontman Freddie Mercury). It trades the muddy mix of their debut for multi-layered guitar overdubs, baroque piano, and soaring vocal harmonies.
