L’origine du monde is a compilation of seven spoken word-songs, born from amazement and admiration. The magic of serendipity, ‘finding-without-looking’! The songs are my ‘declaration’ – my Howl – after a restless wandering through a turbulent half a century in a “labyrinth” of the media, the industry of music and film, theatre and visual arts. Blues & Saudade, Rock & Folk, French Chanson & Poetry were my constant companions: from Allen Ginsberg to Serge Gainsbourg, from Jacques Brel to B.B. King. This record is my biographical ode to art, beauty, eroticism and love. 

With the cooperation of renowned musicians such as Bart Maris, Steven de Bruyn, Roland van Campenhout, Edward Buadee, etc…
