Little Oblivions is the third studio album by Julien Baker. Recorded in Memphis, TN, the record weaves together unflinching autobiography with assimilated experience and hard-won observations from the past few years, taking Baker’s capacity for storytelling to new heights. 

Baker’s tactile guitar and piano playing are enriched with newfound textures encompassing bass, drums, synthesizers, banjo and mandolin, with nearly all of the instruments performed by Baker. Fellow boygenius members Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus contribute backing vocals on the song ‘Favor’, continuing a spirit of collaboration and camaraderie following on from Baker’s appearances on recent albums by Hayley Williams and Phoebe Bridgers. The album weaves unflinching autobiography with assimilated experience and often hard-won observations from the past few years, taking Baker’s capacity for starkly galvanising storytelling to breathtaking new heights.
