Belgian composer Marc Moulin formed Placebo with his close friend, guitar player Philip Catherine, in 1971, and released 3 superb jazz funk albums: Ball Of Eyes, 1973 and Placebo. Sampled by Madlib, J. Dilla, Pete Rock and many more.
