In februari 2022, net voor valentijn verscheen 'Baba Guy’ op de streamingkanalen. Het is een samenwerking van Zwangere Guy met 3 zwaargewichten uit de Nederlandse scene. Samen met Hef, Yung Nnelg en Kingsize opent ZG zijn hart en rapt hij zijn ziel bloot, eerlijk en oprecht.

De vinyl bevat de originele songs als de instrumentals van Alex Lustig, Stab en Chuki Beats.
