Limited DVD and 5LP box set on the music and people Of Palenque, Colombia: The first independent free slave community in the americas. All music featured in this compilation was recorded on location at San Basilio Estudio in Palenque, Colombia and in the nearby villages of Malagana, Evitar and Barrancanueva during March and April 2008.
