Tussen 2003 en 2006 bracht het legendarische Blue Note label de reeks ‘Blue Note's Sidetracks’ uit. Hierbij werd aan een aantal bekende DJ’s en artiesten gevraagd om hun favoriete Blue Note Jazz nummers te compileren en bewerken. 

In 2006 mocht Alex Callier van Hooverphonic zijn ultieme compilatie samenstellen. Het resultaat is een prachtige mix van Alex zijn favoriete nummers, voornamelijk vocale jazz nummers. Allen in een modern jasje gestoken door Alex Callier zelf.
