Description

In January it was revealed that Thom Yorke composed the original score for Daniel Luchetti’s film Confidenza, an adaptation of the Italian drama based on Domenico Starnone’s novel of the same name. The film premiered at the International Film Festival in Rotterdam and is set for release in Italian cinemas on April 24. XL Recordings announces that Thom Yorke’s Confidenza OST will be released on July 12th.

The emotional centrepiece of Yorke’s dark and brooding soundtrack, ‘Knife Edge’ is a simple lullaby-esque ballad of vocals, Wurlitzer, clarinet and soft brass from London Contemporary Orchestra. The track is amongst Radiohead & The Smile frontman’s most beautifully crafted love songs.
